What a treat, a 4 day weekend in NYC without the kids. We went to see Billy Elliot on Friday night and it was AWESOME! The next day we waited 3 hours to get the ferry to the Statue of Liberty.
Here we are on Saturday at a rest stop for the 2 hour city lights tour that we took on top of a tour bus! We got to see all the parts of the city and had great tour-guide. We also hit American Girl for presents for the girls during the day and the Rockafeller Center. I even got a picture of Al Roker after the Today Show!
Here we are at the Top of the Rock with the Empire State Building above my shoulder. We took the train from Harrisburg and had a relaxing trip since we didn't have to drive. The kids spent time at both grandma and grandpa's and nana and pappap's houses. Everyone was glad to get back together on Sunday night.
